The Management of OsunState College of Technology, (OSCOTECH) Esa Oke ,
Osun State has conferred a Honorary Fellowship on the Managing Director of
Ayeye & Co (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and Chairman/ CEO, Kings Care
Universal School , Abuja , ESV (Pastor) Victor Ayeye, a Fellow of the Nigerian
Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers.
The conferment was done at the 6thCombined Convocation of the 27 year old
Institution held on Saturday October 12th, 2019 in Esa Oke Osun State.
While conferring the Honour, The Rector of the College, Dr. Samson Adegoke
said “By the authority of the Board of Studies,I confer you the Fellowship of Osun
State College of Technology, Esa Oke, Honorary Causa,with all the rights &
privileges therein” and thereafter presented the scroll to the recipient,ESV
(Pastor)Victor Ayeye, FNIVS
The Rector told the gathering which had in attendance representative of the
Visitor to the College(Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola) that the
Fellowship is conferred on illustrious & distinguished persons in the society.
Report has it that, atthe last Convocation of the College, the sitting Governor of
Osun State , Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola was conferred with same honour.
Our correspondent also gathered that,Ayeye is the first alumnus of the 27 year
old college to receive this prestigious honour. He graduated from the college as
the overall best student in the department of Estate Management about 20 years
ago. In 2012, he was awarded as the Most Valuable Alumnus in the faculty of
Environmental Studies of the same college.
It was also gathered that Ayeye has been an active alumnus of the Institution
who has been involved in various human & developmental projects in the
Institution. In the last ten years, he has sponsored over 350 students of the
college to Annual conferences of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors &
Valuers, he is a major donor towards the Alumni building project, has employed
over 40 Alumnus of the Institution both directly & indirectly, has donated books
to the library of the Institution amongst others.
Similarly, he has been a trail blazer for the institution thus becoming the first
alumni of the college to attain the Fellowship status of the Nigerian Institution
of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV), first to be in Management & Council of
NIESV, first Honorary National Publicity Secretary & Honorary National Secretary
of NIESV produced by OSCOTECH.
In recognition of his landmark contributions he also received the following
awards:

- (2011): Enterprise Leadership award of the Institute of Corporate
Administration - (2012): Noble achievers International Partner in service award
- (2012, 2014, 2016): NIESV Presidents ‘ Service awards
- (2017): Nigerian Entrepreneur Merit Award -Estate Surveyor & Valuer of
the year 2017 - (2017):African Entrepreneur Merit Award for Excellence & Business
Innovation 2017 - (2018):Institute of Corporate Administration ICON of Excellence award
- (2019):City People Real Estate Man of the year.
- (2019): OSCOTECH Alumni Excellence award
- Prestige Exclusive Achiever’s Awards for Excellence in Nation
Building 2019 - .(2019):Induction into National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS)
Hall of Fame/ICON - .(2019): Merit of Credence Award by National Association of Nigeria
Students (NANS) as Grand Patron of NANS - AfricanLeadership Award/ Induction to AASU Hall of Fame by All
African Students Union (AASU)Speaking about the award, Ayeye said he was elated that the Management of
the college found him worthy to be conferred with an honour which is
equivalent to Honorary Doctorate Degree in Universities, saying that people
would not be wrong if they address him as Doctor of humanity.
He further said that, the honour is a morale booster for him to do more.
